Kuan Yin Ring

Hand carved mother of pearl and sterling silver.

Carving is 1 and 5/8 inch tall and 1 inch at its widest.

Mother of pearl is the iridescent lining of a shell. In this ring, Kuan Yin, goddess of mercy and compassion, is carved from a single piece of lustrous mother of pearl. She is depicted on a lotus blossom throne. In her hands, she holds a gourd said to carry the elixir of health and vitality. This large ring would be well balanced if worn on the middle finger.
